The Story Begins.
PSK formed as a small collective with aims towards building a massive gang enterprise, focusing mainly on the production of guns, drugs and new businesses.
Originally, the gang was founded by a group of three after their rise in reputation on the streets of Los Santos. PSK aimed to spread their influence around the city, knowing this would come with a lot of attention from different gangs and especially the Police. This new-found attention would come with robbing's, shootings and mass knife crime making it harder to do so.
After a rise in tensions between the founders and the leaders of Marabunta Grande (an El Salvadoran Cartel), a power struggle ensued, resulting in the founders parting ways with the Cartel.
Out of necessity a new group was created, not only to protect themselves from the Cartel, but to capitalize on the dwindling influence within the Eastside of the City.
Using their influence and connections from their time as Cutlass members, Barry and Deshawn would propose the idea of concealing their criminal operations behind the guise of Popular Street Arcade Management. They would use their past knowledge to capitalize on their takeover and plan to revert Popular Street back to its former glory.
A prominent figure within the drug industry, Dave Obalah, commonly referred to as 'Unc' had established connections with some of the other organizations within the city.
Using his control over the distribution of narcotics and firearms, he would provide valuable resources to the underworld of Los Santos and forge relationships between the various criminal enterprises.
Long time business partners of Unc's, Dave Sparks and Pablo Portedo, would be approached to join as trusted assets, having proven themselves in the streets of Los Santos.
