Why do you think you were banned: I believe it was because I had dropped money on the floor on one of my character and later on, whilst on another character I picked it up.
Why should we unban you: I have been apart of this community for just over a year now, however I did take a long break, I run my own solicitor firm and have a lot of clients, I am use to playing servers that are not as strict and I do struggle getting use to this server especially after a long break with the more strict rules that are in place.

When I did this I thought nothing of it but looking back on it, I see that it wasnt the smartest thing to do.

I have been apart of this community as I say for just over a year now and ive never broke a rule before and I do not want to leave this community due to be making a stupid mistake.

Ive made a lot of friends on this server and they have stemmed to real life friendships, but a lot of people I only know through playing the game, I am more than happy for you to take all the money I have.

I admit what I did was stupid, I was not thinking at the time about it and to be quite honest, I didn't really read the rules that much, im use to RP servers so I know the normal rules of like dont FRP, dont RDM/VDM dont go OOC etc etc, however I dont know why this didint twig as to being not allowed.

I ask that you give me a chance to redeem myself, ive not broken any rules previously and I have always been a respected and known member of this amazing community and I dont want to loose out on it over this.

Just to note, I joined on the 28th of September 2024, however not long after joining (around a week or so after joining ish) I took a long break till a week ago due to irl things going on.

In that time I had been apart of other communities that were roleplay servers but not as strict as here, this is the first server ive played thats had an economy aspect to it.

Could you explain why you decided to transfer money between your characters? It was not a large amount, but what was the purpose?
Did it not strike you as a "non-intended" feature, considering you have to exit the game, and "metagame" the location where you dropped the money?

You say you didn't really read the rules, have you now had the time to look thru them?

I decided I was no longer going to use my other character and thought it would be a waste for the money to go to waste, to be honest I did not think about it at the time and looking back I understand how stupid it was to do that and risk loosing being apart of this community.

Yes I have looked through the rules fully and now understand them all fully.

Moving forward, your record is very clean, but being unbanned from a G2.9 ban comes with some conditions.

- A full wipe of assets, and the deletion of characters, except for one. In this case I am guessing you would wish to keep Algernon Santiago?
You will keep your memories, jobs, phone contacts etc on Algernon, but your assets like Money, Vehicles and so on will be gone.

Is this something you agree to?

I would love to keep the vehicles and house just as the amount of money and time I spent on getting them,or at least keep one, but if that’s the only way I can be unbanned then that’s fine, to be honest as well I did not spend any of the money I think it was around 64k I transferred and should still be in my account.

But as I say if it’s the only way to be unbanned I agree.

And yes I’d like to keep Algernon Santiago.

This is standard procedure for G2.9 bans. It does not matter if you got around to spend the money or not.

I will go ahead and initiate a wipe, and will update you in the appeal when that is done.
