Why do you think you were banned: I believe I was banned for Metagaming and the reason this was assumed was because I was streaming in a discord channel and was unmuted while I was in a serious roleplay situation.
Why should we unban you: Hello and thank you for reviewing this unban, I know this is the same as the last one but my appeal wasn't denied for my appeal so I'm hoping this is okay and adding this on to it, it's not a lack of effort it's that my ban was kinda unique as I explained, so I'm drawing a blank while trying to write it out, if needed I'm happy to open another ticket regarding the last one if asked.

I'm writing this appeal because I would like to be unbanned and have another opportunity to come back to the server, I understand why I was banned and why the decision was made and how it could have been seen as giving us an unfair advantage, so as of that I can see why it was seen as metagaming, from what my understanding metagaming is bringing out of character information into game to either progress a story or a situation in an unnatural way or to gain information you wouldn't normally have access usually leading to giving yourself an upper hand.

Once again I do understand the reason for the ban, being that streaming in a voice chat and being unmuted during a serious roleplay scenario could be seen as gaining an unfair advantage, I would like to come back and roleplay and have a chance to redeem myself and continue to play on the server and continue to offer fun and interesting roleplay and to continue to progress my character and continue to experience all the features the server has to offer and interact with the many people I've met.

This being my first ban and a one month cooldown on top of it has given me plenty of time to think and I have to say this has been some what of a wake up call for me and I know what I want to do on the server, which is to provide great roleplay and not screen share anything going forward that could be meta gamed in anyway such as but not limited to serious situations such as shoot outs or shady and important meetings.

Can you go in to detail for me on this? What do you understand? How has this ban helped you understand?
What has changed from the last appeal to this appeal to show you understand?

Could seem like it or is it? Your wording there is interesting to me as it comes across like you still believe you didn't do anything wrong

I understand why I was banned for metagaming due to the streaming and being un-deafened as even if you don't mean to bring it into game it's hard not to if you hear anything or maybe see something in a stream even if you do your best you still have that knowledge of what has happened even if you didn't mean to, for example someone going down in a fight and you hearing them say or them un-deafening themselves that while you're un-deafened has given you some information you might not have been able to find out in that brief span of time, my time away has helped me understand that no matter how hard you try, that stuff will affect you in the moment and situation even if it's subconsciously. My time away gave me time to think on it all and that's how I've come to understand that is metagaming.

Since my last appeal due to the ticket, I've come to understand that being honest and straight forward is the way to go and that's what I've learnt from my last appeal.

Sorry I word things horribly sometimes, that's been an issue for me for a while, it definitely is gaining an unfair advantage and streaming and being un-deafened gave that advantage even though it wasn't meant to at the time, so now I understand doing that was wrong even if it was done without metagaming intentions.

Why is it taking multiple things to happen for this to be learnt? How can we now trust that you will be open and honest going forward?

This situation came about from some of us streaming before the situation and others putting their streams up because people not in the city but in the vc at the time wanted to watch what was happening.

Hard to answer that first part with anything other than I'm a slow learner, I explained to C_date my reasoning to why I lied in the first ticket that was made. I know I shouldn't have lied in the first place, regardless of the reasoning, I would say I was a slow learner but the lesson was learnt just took some time and some thinking. All I can really hope for is that you guys can trust me enough to allow me back to prove you guys can trust me again and that you can trust that I'll be honest going forward because dishonesty and not being open just harms your chances and can make things worse than they might already.

I'm struggling to go into detail on this question, I apologies, the only way to answer I can think of is I won't be streaming and I'm going to avoid being in a vc especially un-deafend while I'm active in the server going forward as it's just easier and doesn't give this situation even a chance to come around again.
