Brief Summary: Being able to check in to a LOCAL doctor to heal when not downed.
Detailed Suggestion: Having the ability to go to one of the hospitals and checking yourself in when injured. There isn't many NHS members in the server IMO and when needing professional help and nobody is around to help you, I have mentioned before about it being quicker to lay on the bed and heal. But maybe the option to check yourself in the same when you are down but just to help with bleeding that you can't fix yourself. Also could even add a small charge from your bank account, and the money could go the NHS or something?
The Pros: Help fixing your "professional" injuries when no NHS around. Money to the NHS for supplies. Making it less long and boring having to lay there for an hour to stop severe bleeding.
The Cons: Dev work.
