Why do you think you were banned: I was banned as I transferred 60k from my old character to my new one.
Why should we unban you: I apologise for breaking the rule to begin with. I had not played the server for a while and quickly brushed up on the rules when I re entered the city. I was actually in a discord call with my mates that also play on the server when it happened. I quickly skimmed through the rules but couldn't see anything pointing to the transferring of money being against them. I made a genuine mistake when I was reading through them and I obviously would not have broken the rule had I known it. I've taken time out to fully familiarise myself with the rules of the server and can guarantee that I will be fully compliant with all of the server rules

I really enjoyed my time on the server. I always engage in good quality roleplay scenarios with all types of players. I feel like I can contribute to any RP scenario.

I know that I shouldn't have broken the rule to begin with but, it was a genuine mistake that I made. Obviously, I wouldn't make a mistake like this in the future and I feel that I am now fully up to speed with the rules of the server.

Id be more than happy for my character to be wiped and reset, I just want to be able to play on the server again.

I am wondering how you skipped past this rule during your skim of the rules, did you actually skim the rules or are you telling me what you think I would want to read?

So basically, I had an old character that I played on ages ago. I saw that he had 60k in the bank account and figured I'd never play on the character again. I quickly asked one of my mates if there was any rule against it. He didn't know so I said id have a quick read through the rules just to double check. I didnt notice anything about it during my first read through the rules. I have played quite a bit of RP so i had a basic knowledge on the Do's and donts when it comes to general RP (This can be verified by looking at my gmod hours on steam) and so I just decided to transfer the money then. It was a genuine mistake made by simply skimming the rules when I wasn't sure about something.

What I did was I went on the character, withdrew the 60k as cash, put it in a chest and then picked it up with my current character, I understand how this could cause an unfair advantage for other players but it was a genuine mistake I made.

Wouldn't common sense kick in at some point? Why did neither of you to open a ticket or use the help channel to be sure?

Can you see what other rule that would have been broken? Both of these characters happen to know the same house with the same friend to go inside it for money, what other rule would this go against?

Common sense probably should have kicked in tbf. It was a complete lapse of judgement on my end if im honest. I didnt even think of using the help channel. I trusted my own judgement but I probably should have double checked too.

This would go against the rule of character separation. My character used assets gained by another character to his advantage while there was no valid RP reason for my character to gain that advantage. Its also a form of meta gaming as my character used outside information to his advantage.

In all honesty, It was just a mix of me skimming the rules and then having a lapse of judgement.

Thank you for your response, you are correct, character separation as well. Both of these characters having the same friend and access to the same house when they are controlled by you doesn't make sense.

What would do differently next time if faced with a similar situation?

I wouldnt transfer assets between characters. I understand the clear rule and the implications that come with it. It obviously creates an unfair advantage on other players and I wouldnt want this to happen. I shouldnt really get into this situation again as it was a personal choice but now the rules are clear to me.

You have 3 characters, you can keep one of these characters and they will have a full assist wipe (this includes house, cars, bank, inventory, ect. You would keep the contacts on your phone and the memories that character would have made) and the others will be deleted. I will list your characters below, which character would you like to keep (they will receive the full wipe)? Remember that the other two will be deleted
