Atm in sandy shore west liquor shop

Hello , is it possible to have an ATM inside or even outside the shop as ive noticed a lot of people go in with no money but need to something asap and theres no ATM there. IT would make things a lot easier when your suddenly needing something like repair kit or food if running very low and you dont have money on you.
