Electric scooters to replace Boris bikes

If we can get the riding position fixed... This would be awesome, but I think it should be more like real life where the scooters are just kinda' scattered around the city, players could use their mobile phone to locate one nearby.

There could even be a "company" who owns them and is in charge of keeping them in good condition and charging them? 👀

 
this sounds like something that would be fun, maybe having boris bike free and pay a little for the electric scooter?

Big fan of the suggestion, but the model is too performance intensive and the animations would need redoing which is out of scope at this point in time.

Rejected.
