Force walkstyle after cuffs

Realistically people would be able to do a little run like that in cuffs. Their legs are not restrained and as such would be able to move. Sure they wouldn't really be able to sprint away due to them likely falling over but this a power walk/light jog at most.

I am fairly sure the PD have more than enough tools at their disposal to secure someone in cuffs who is quickly walking away.

I don't think limiting someone's walkstyle while they are in cuffs is something that is needed or would be beneficial currently, the Police have enough ways to be able to deal with people who are being a nuisance and walking off. If someone is purposefully changing their walk style for an advantage of a quick attempt to get away then that comes down to staff to deal with.​
