Boats spawn anchored

Really quick suggestion that probably doesn’t need much debate or further detail - please could the boats spawn in anchored so they don’t float into the marina jetties.

Pros

boats aren’t store unanchored IRL

marina jetties and boats won’t be damaged if they big boats slide into the marina.

Negatives

none that I can see

Balance

no change to server balance

The only issue that this would cause is a current bug with boat anchors that causes boats to jitter about if you jump in the drivers seat after someone else has already anchored it. Other than that, big +1!
