Working radio/music player in houses

At the moment, the radio which you can buy for a house is purely cosmetic. Seems a wasted opportunity for rp. Would be good to be able to play the radio stations from it. I've not seen a music player in the furniture store, but believe it's also an opportunity to work in the same way a jukebox or DJ deck works.

Both of these suggestions, in my opinion can open up new RP opportunities. Example being private house parties.

Pros:

- More RP opportunity

- Making houses more than just a storage space

Cons:

- Dev work

- Potential loss of business for music venues
