I'd say wait for whenever the next server update comes and you'll likely find alot of fixes go in

I guess for the mean time just RP the clothes hangers never arrived

The wardrobe in room #3 was indeed not working and has now been fixed, please help us narrow it down faster in future reports by providing videos/screenshots/more details.

Excellent news! This has now been fixed by the development team and will be released in a future server update.
