Please (in detail) describe the incident: Good evening,

As per the video (which explains and shows the incident in full), I was carrying out a normal patrol after logging on to the server, where I began to fuel up on Grove Street. Whilst driving up and down this turf, there was clearly no active situation, and the vehicle in question/person being reported has even stopped their vehicle next to me and said hello. My reason for being there was due to a drug-dealing dispatch.

After exiting my vehicle, this person then exited his vehicle and equipped a shotgun at the time. Based on seeing this, I have instantly entered my vehicle, pushed my panic button and driven away as I suspected this male was going to rob or point this gun at me. This person has NOT said anything at all to me, and following on from this has then proceeded to shoot at me instantly.

In my opinion, after playing here for multiple years, this is potentially the worst experience I have had from another whitelisted faction, and there is simply no justification for this sort of behaviour on the server from someone who should know better.

During QE, I asked Darren12 what his justification was, and there was mention of a previous gunfight, but the matter of 'we were told to hand or grab cops' does not justify this course of action or lack of roleplay. The onus is on the player to ensure quality roleplay is provided before initiating a hostile situation, which clearly wasn't done here, and there was no reason to begin to shoot.

Hopefully, this is assessed and reviewed swiftly by staff, as it is shocking.

I'd like to start this off by saying some context is missing! Now we (Grove) had not long ago had a fight with police as can also be heard on your own clip "State 9 to prison" This would've been Omz being taken to prison.

You can also hear someone say "We've just come out of a situation with grove maybe why, We will send officers to it that can go". Now after what's happened between grove and police I thought it was weird of you driving up and down grove, considering this is where the fight between grove and police took place regardless if there was a drug deal report or not to me it makes no sense for you to be patrolling on your own down a OCG's turf just after a shoot out between the two had not long occurred, that being said this was a separate situation from the first where we had planned to grab a few police officers and had a roleplay story planned.

It seemed like you was trying to bait a reaction from grove by following me up and down grove street. Straight away from the point of seeing me you spin the car around to follow me until I stop the car and you also stop. I then reverse up say "hello" drive off again and you follow me again!
After this you then choose to stop to get fuel at grove gas (Again on grove turf, where a fight not long ago had taken place). You never really needed to get fuel and could've gone somewhere else especially when a shoot out hadn't long occurred there.

On the accusation of me shooting immediately with no warning, I understand that I may have shot a little prematurely but in my clip I still yelled for you to put your hands up, looking back at my clip, I was whispering which was an honest mistake but the intention to roleplay was still there, after seeing you get in the car I knew you had pressed your panic, this doesn't leave a lot of time for anyone with the pressure of police's quick response times, I would also like to mention I aimed for the tires of your car to attempt to pull you over instead of killing you, had I not had roleplay intentions in mind I'd have aimed for you rather than your tire as you were driving away.

I have spent some time watching this clip, reading your replies and looking over previous incidents leading up to this.
It is true that there was a previous situation not long before this involving Police and Grove, however I don't believe Adam Busy was involved in this, and I'm not sure Darren was either (may be wrong there though).

@Darren12 by your own statement you already have admitted you were quick to shot on this occasion - while there was already RP ongoing between Police and Grove, that seemed to have died down and from the looks of it Adam wasn't aware of what had happened. There absolutely needs to be more effort made before you open fire on someone - This "we were told to hand or grab cops" is not a good enough reason to start shooting Police.

I have checked your record @Darren12 and you have never had any issues for anything relating to your roleplay quality or similar ever before, or any previous bans at all, so I'll be putting this down as a warning. Take it on board and don't get caught on the wrong side of it again, the next time will likely result in you being banned.
