Why do you think you were banned: I was banned for breaking the rule C1.2
Why should we unban you: To the staff member reading my unban appeal I really appreciate it for taking the time to read my appeal.

Firstly I would like to start off by sincerely apologize for breaking the rule C1.2 and I take full responsibility for what I have done. As someone who’s been part of this community for a long time I should've taken this rule more serious but yet I disappointed you by breaking this rule.The reason this rule exists is clear.it’s there to make sure everyone feels safe and respected, no matter who they are. Discrimination, even if it’s said jokingly or without bad intentions, can still hurt people and make them feel uncomfortable or unwanted.I’ve learned that it’s not about what I meant, it’s about how it affects people.And i will make sure to not repeat the same mistake i did.

I also want to explain that after my last appeal, the staff mentioned I could re-appeal after a month (27/07/25). I didn’t do it straight away because I didn’t feel ready. I was ashamed of what I’d done, and I wanted to take some real time to think about it. It’s been around four months now, and I’ve spent that time reflecting on how I can do better and what I need to change in my behaviour.

On my last denied appeal staff mentioned "You intended in making a NHS/Police character, which you didn't follow through on, maybe you can explain that to us next time?". I think this is the right time to explain to the staff why I didn't make a NHS/Police character. Reason was that I was trying to rebuild my main character (Madz Albo) and after my rebuild I would make a NHS/Police character, it was just matter of the time.if another chance given i would like to start my second character as a cop but i just got stuck so was trying to slowly apply.

You say you have reflected your mistake, but what have you done in these four months that have improved your mindset/ behavior that makes you confident this wont happen again?
Also be honest please, is this a word you commonly use around your friends ooc?

Hi hope you are well

I've taken the time to understand that what i said was wrong and how it affected other people. After i've been banned i spoken to a few friends and they said these type of words can be considered harmful and not be taken as a joke. I am confident it won't happen again. Because i know that respect is more important than trying to sound funny or dodgy. I stopped using that kind of language in or out or rp, I don't use it around friends and i cutted it out since this incident. I think now much more how i speak in and out of character.

I am willing to give you a second chance, considering it wasn't aimed towards someone, or to directly cause harm to someone.
BUT... It was used on our platform which we do not take lightly, so this will be your first and last chance when it comes to C1.2.

If you break C1.2 again, you will likely not have a way back. So please stick to your words, as I hope you have genuinely taken responsibility and will be more serious towards the rules going forward.
