What best describes this incident: The player attacks me in the cells to force me to knock him down, tells me he is all good and dies 2 min after saying "I am all good, I have time"
Please (in detail) describe the incident: The player was arrested after hostage taking and having a firearm, he was facing 720 months. While he was in the cells MRPS was under attack by Ballers, because of this we had to wait in MRPS before we could take him to prison. While waiting, (at 3:20 in video) I asked if he was bored, he then asked to be moved to the cell with his friend. As he had been there for some time I agreed, and when I got into the cell, he took his hands down and attacked me, forcing me to knock him out. I kept checking on him, but we could not get him treated as NHS was busy with 10 downed police officers from GSWs. I kept checking on him, and when he was close to being allowed to respawn, he said "I am good, I am good, I am good, I have time" (16:50 in the video). I then left the cells to check if the NHS were any closer but they were still busy, and when I got back to the cells he respawns (19:10 in video). So instead of telling me he is close to dying so we can get NHS, he says he is okay on purpose so that I can't get NHS to help him (Since they need to treat the most injured people). We spoke in QE, he explained he wanted to die in prison to have a weasel news report about a PIC dying in the cells. This seems like an excuse, as there were no one else than us in the cells to see him die, and confirms my suspicion that he indeed wanted to die to avoid the charges.

@Jake Belfort I have a question for you - during the video at 07:45 and 14:45 you seem to be talking to someone, but you aren't talking in game, while asking someone to come help you.
Can you tell me what's going on here?

@JackJohnson Ofc I can, so OOC I sit next to my IRL girlfriend and we both play together as a hobby. Which is why you can hear her voice in the background (Medal captures my microphone at all times). So since we sit next to each other we talk about the game since we can see each other’s screens and everything. So after I have dispatched over the radio to NHS, I ask my girlfriend OOC if she would be able to come down since I just dispatched it. This is because me, the guy behind the screen, want to know if I will play with my own girlfriend, or if someone else will respond. We never use OOC information IC, but it is nice to be able to talk with the person sitting next to you.

Throughout the video the person in the cells is downed by yourself and made several attempts to get your attempt and get medical attention, even at one point his friend tries to get him some help.
While I understand at one single point he says he is fine, this doesn't mean there wasn't already several attempts, which were ignored, or unseen to. Even if you aren't fully trained in medical practice, there is nothing stopping you or anything else at least attempting to look over the person or doing anything at all - what has happened is they've been injured and simply left in the cell with no attention at all. I understand there was other situations ongoing in the station, but unfortunately that's not their problem. I won't be taking any action against them in this report, they were left seriously injured with no medical help of any sort and chose to use their ability to respawn, had any medical RP been attended at all this may have been a different outcome.

Onto the more concerning point I want to make here - throughout this video, several times you asked someone OOC to attend your situation. This wasn't simply a question of if they'd be the person coming this was a direct question of you asking them to attend. Had they come and attended your situation instead of the situation they were already involved in, or on route to, this would have been the definition of metagaming. Luckily for you in this case, she stayed with the situation she was involved in and it hasn't altered the course of roleplay. If this had altered the course of roleplay you'd be looking at finding yourself banned for metagaming, so take this on board as a serious warning, whether you are sitting next to someone or using discord or whatever method, communicate all your like however do not allow this communication to come into roleplay on this server.
