What best describes this incident: RDM (G1.2) AND METAGAMING (G2.8 (G3.10)
Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was on duty when was running back from pillbox because my car was no longer there. just before MRPS 2 lads on a bike stopped and tried to speak to me not many words at all were said, as seen in the video so I ended the conversation and tried to run back to mrps they then followed me and ran me over after doing so attacked me on the floor and downed me with no prior roleplay at all or many words at that. even after that when we did get him arrested he then went in cells and was talking what i believe to me his mate in discord as you can hear in the clips which once again raised flags. he named Alex Wong as his friend not sure at all if that is actually his friend or not. but did name Alex a few times so putting that in here. fast forward to when we are about to take this guy to Prison and he starts talking to himself once again which me and g6 thought raised flags and is clear metagaming we then brought the guy to QE where we asked him. he claimed he didn't know the guy or wasn't in discord with anyone so therefor i am bringing this here for staff to decided .

Guy is 100% not my friend, pretty sure it's the same guy me and few other players had an hostile interaction with ending up with us stabbing him,

yeah mate while clearing out my medal i must of deleted it by accident apologies will have to just go off JJS i know no proof of rdm but i will still report for outside comms where i do believe he was using discord. seen in JJS clip and the individuals friend turning up after getting to prison. but will leave it for you to decided once again apologies for deleting my clip.

Let's get this one squared away - Like I already said to you @Gazza Bob/Bobby kirkbride , your clips on this report are deleted now, unfortunate but we will continue with the metagaming claim anyway based on the other clips available.

In the few clips available, I think it is quite clear that the player is communicate with someone OOC and accidently hot micing at the same time - fortunately for them, it hasn't had any effect on the roleplay otherwise they'd be looking at a permanent ban from this scenario.
The player in question doesn't have a forums account currently, however I've taken steps to reach out to them and make them aware as this, as well as making sure they are familiar with metagaming and all the rules in general. This player is fairly new, so as usual we will try to make sure they understand the rules and follow them next time in future, this had no effect on RP so I am going to put this down to a warning for now.

Another subject I want to touch on - @bighibbz during your clips you continuously refer to the fact the player has broken a rule, although not directly saying as much you on several occasions hint at it and make references to the other player metagaming. Please in future do not do this, the rules are there to keep things fair and fun for everyone, but they are not something that should be referenced within RP for any reason. If you believe someone has broken a rule, use /LOOC or /OOC to communicate with them, if needed report them like has been done here. This should be common sense if anything.
