Please (in detail) describe the incident: The situation began when police started chasing us after seeing me swinging a hammer on Pillbox grounds and attempting to seize it. After a short pursuit, we ended up stuck inside the fenced area shown in the evidence. With only one officer having followed us in, we incapacitated him and took him hostage.

When additional police units arrived, I warned them that I would smash the downed officer’s face into the ground if they didn’t allow us to leave. As soon as the police broke through the fence, I repeatedly shouted that I would harm the incapacitated officer if they tried anything, making it clear that I was actively holding him hostage.

At that point, player @129 approached from behind while I was preparing to negotiate and immediately dragged the officer to safety by escorting him. This led the remaining officers to instantly tase and arrest me.

After calling them to QE to discuss the incident, the officer stated that he didn’t believe it was poor RP or metagaming, saying he simply dragged the body away and felt I posed no real threat since I wasn’t holding a knife or gun.

I fully understood from the start that I wasn’t going to escape and would be caught in the end due to the large amount of officers on scene, but I chose to continue with the hostage scenario to make the RP more engaging for everyone rather than cutting it short.

I was under the impression we were going to extract the officer out the moment we break the fence by tasing the individual on him. In the video of the other party you can see he isn't even paying attention and is looking away as this is happening. He lets me get close enough, in his face where i can grab the officer from under him and secure him. He only had a hammer on him which needs to be swung so there was immidiete threat as is when someone holds a gun to someone or a knife to a throat. There were no /mes showing he was holding the officer down, no animation, no escort, carry or anything else to suggest he was holding down the officer preventing me from picking him up. I didnt run over and drive by get him, I walked up and gave plently of oppertunity for the other party to notice me and tell me to back off.

Still I fail to see how this was powergaming as the player still could have ran up and swung his hammer, noticed what was happening, escaped or done something third. We were going to tase and cuff him regardless and he did nothing besides stand over a body clueless to his surroundings. The RP on the police side could have been a straight taser and cuff from the getgo and it could have just been a bullet to the face, however our side let the RP progress more so I fail to see where the low quality RP is?

The player obviously started complaining as you can see in his video. Shortly after we had a QE. Tried to talk it out but it ended in the player saying "we'll see what staff says" so i believe there is no point in other back and forth or any liasons. Got a 3minute recording of the QE if you wish aswell.
