Why do you think you were banned: I believe I was banned due to logging off the server shortly after dying to a mountain lion. At the time, I was frustrated by the situation and exited the game instead of remaining in character and following proper RP procedures. I understand this likely falls under rule C2.3, and I acknowledge that logging off in frustration was a mistake on my part.
Why should we unban you: Hello to the staff member(s) reviewing this appeal,
I am writing to appeal my ban for C2.3 (combat logging). I have been a member of this community for a long time and, honestly, I should have known better. I fully understand why the ban was issued and I take full responsibility for my actions.
I did not submit an appeal immediately because I was embarrassed and disappointed in myself. After taking time to reflect, I’ve come to terms with what I did wrong and why the rule exists to prevent RP scenarios from being ruined or exploited.
While the combat log did not occur during an active scene (I was incapacitated by a mountain lion), I now recognize that I still had valid RP options. I could have been discovered by a hunter, ranger, or NHS, or simply waited to bleed out, instead of letting frustration influence my decision.
This server means a lot to me. It has a strong community, and I’ve made many friends here. I genuinely want the opportunity to return and continue playing while following the rules properly and setting a better example moving forward.
