Simply, upon someone dying, whether that respawning manually, bleeding out fully, or being DNR'd by the NHS, a new forensic item should drop.
I however do not know the extent of that forensical information, perhaps the blood, any Firearm ballistics for firearms they had on their person, and the method of death; eg Gunshot, Vehicle trauma, etcetra.
