Server: GTA RP Your Character Name: Kiran Coulter Reported Players: IDs 28, 157 (there are more but didn't get IDs) Date: Jan 30, 2026 Time: 17:00 What best describes this incident: Baiting - "Taking deliberate actions to create a scenario where you get chased or engaged with" Please (in detail) describe the incident: From what I heard Ballas were selling drugs on the little Seoul FWY. Police amassed units there to deter them a few times which worked and they left the area and stopped dealing. Ballas then got into war cars and a few minutes later proceeded to get guns as a UC called out they pulled a shotgun out (in their hands while fueling up infront of the UC) but didn't know that police knew at this point. Ballas then decided to start following police which fair enough but then took it further by ramming police cars, blocking the entrance to MRPS (1.5) etc.
These actions of ramming police cars alongside with them being seeing kitting up for a shootout to me at least shows their actions were a deliberate attempt to create a reaction from police to be engaged with and this is further backed up by ID: 28s response in OOC which states "you did the same".
No attempt was made to QE as this is a usual thing from this group. Previous QEs have made no progress with similar incidents with them as its on-going and says a lot that the first reaction is rather than further the roleplay moves towards attempting to bait a significant reaction.
im 157 can i get the exact reason for my report as i didnt ram you nore did i bait you i was giving you a taste of your own medicine as an officer. I do not have footage of the hotzone but our GTO was getting rammed by the exact car you are in as well as 2 other marked (I do not have footage but im sure you or another officer does as context is missing at the hotzone of your officers ramming balla cars) also i did not see any "QE" attempt. You clearly have an OOC issue with ballas which is your issue to resolve with yourself
I think you should go back and speak to the officer on the bike which I had a 10ish min convo with, with no issues may I add maybe if you stopped and spoke to us for 5 mins you would have got a better outcome but you just wanted to drive away from the situation and not give any roleplay what so ever we tried to engage with you but I was responded with nothing on your end I clearly used my words with you but you decided to do nothing.
A fair point you mentioned about the hotzone however, i wasn't there - i came from 2 shop robberies in sandy (you can see me driving down at the start of the evidence) so this claim is false. To further prove you are incorrect I can provide vehicle logs and attach it in here to prove that this is inaccurate should staff deem that necessary.
I have no issue with ballas as ik some are fine and had a few laughs the past few weeks with a couple who are often dealing just before 6pm. This also again isnt relevent to the report - i'm pretty easy with anything in the past being in the past (why would ppl drag video game grudges along in life).
this part i dont know what to say - i genuinely dont know who you are sorry. I tend to just reply to other status updates I see. This was months ago so I dont even know what to say to that bc i dont remember haha. either way has no relevance in this report.
My understanding was the bikecop logged off (I could be wrong but again I can get vehicle logs if needed for staff if that is considered relevent) after police left the hotzone. (which they did assuming you would try bait a reaction for a fight rather than moving to a new location, continuing to sell and result in chase etc)
Other things that have been mentioned in your reply I believe are covered in the initial report. I will double check the footage as you said you didn't ram and if thats the case imo it changes things but from memory a few cars were ramming with barely any words being said other than what I'd say is incomprehensible noise.
To make it simple I won't provide further replies unless its for staff questions as ik reports can get clogged rather quickly.
nvm I did ram you outside pd you chose to run from me I do not know what you expected to happen if a person evades from police you TC them to stop them I tried to do the same to stop you from running away and to talk to you but you decied to just drive away with no words said on your end you should of done better and provided us with some form of roleplay but you did not. I said I wanted a chat in a sarcastic manner but you just drove away with no roleplay given at all you could have stopped and asked what was going on if you was unsure about what just happened at the hotzone but you did not so it is you own fault for not being informed by other officers on what was happening. your officers started the situaton by ramming the GTO at hotzone he was not being hostile just selling if there is any footage of the hotzone can it be provided thanks.
EDIT: One thing I forgot to add you stated why we did not move to another location to sell it was a hotzone if you do not understand how they work I will explain
hello pal shame to see a report up ill start with the fact of where myself were accused of pulling out a shot gun at strawberry fuel im afraid that this simply isnt true and i wasnt carry a shotgun during this whole interaction. or a two handed weapon as accused of. For the part where u are claiming that we were forcing a interaction this simply isn't true and if anyone was forcing an interaction with us it would have been the police. This whole scenario was probably around 30-40 long where it started with me and a couple of the other ballas selling on the cyprus htz where multiple feds responded and chased us of. This lead to me coming back with my car whilst another member tried to sell and i also carried on foot selling. This led to police deciding to block the local traffic at each side of the motorway which in my opinion isnt very realistic and leaves us as crims no choice but to confront the feds however we didn't need to confront the police in the end due to police coming to the hz ramming and attempting to box us in to the point where we left. At the point of us leaving the Hz i don't remember sending any police threats. For the part in the clip where a police man coms that we are wanting a fight i think that is very hypocritical as him and another unit of firearms are decamped in positions ready for a fight and as you can see in his clip he pulls out his pistol even though no weapons had been pointed at police. From what i can see from this report from the police man his issue is that he hadn't been informed on the situation that he was joining correctly and didn't know what was going on and isn't educated on how Crim activities like hz work as he himself stated that we should have just sold somewhere else. For the part of the clip where we were following himself and his colleagues we stated multiple times like seen in the clip that we wanted a chat and he simply gave us no response and drove of multiple times which i see as poor rp. Its a shame before putting up this report u didn't get the full context of the situation or even ask to see what came of it as if u put the time in to ask what happened instead of chucking up a report u would have found out that the reaper sat and spoke to a 2 different police man 1 in a car and 1 on a bike for a good couple of minutes and maybe if u decided to do the same thing u could of got the same result but ur actions led to it being a tour of legion square which i know wasn't enjoyable for any of us. Just want to end this response where you have screenshotted my response in ooc if im being honest with u i gave u a simple answer to why we were ramming as u as police started the ramming quite simple really. if u dont want to be rammed during a sit then don't start ramming to start with or if ur colleagues have started ramming and u don't like it then don't join the sit. Your issue could have quite easily been sorted in qe and if u would have put a simple message in ooc of can we have a chat in qe about what's happening we would of had no issue in explaining it to you.
