Disable Panic/Radio/Phone usage during animations. Currently, if you get tackled, tased, or bean-bagged and then cuffed, you can still access your 'communications' for 2-3 seconds. This gets exploited daily by all sides and creates unrealistic situations for both cops and crims.
The Pros:
Less panic and less %gps% abuse, and no calling out locations when players realistically wouldn’t be physically able to.
