Currently several others are experiencing the same problem, and I know that management is looking into a permanent fix for these problems. It is most likely that you are unable to connect due to the enhanced security filters.

Nothing you can do on your end I'm afraid. Best to do would be keep trying as it might let you in after 5 or so minutes, or just wait and try again later

Possibly, but I don't know much about the TS side of things

I think Wilco said there is some sort of ddos protection filters on the TS servers, so if you are outside the UK or your internet seems dodgy it will not let you connect to the TS. Only way is to wait or move to the UK lol Nothing you can do
