just dont get the gtx 970,The 4gb of video memory is a lie,It has 3.5 at regular speeds,Then the last .5 is much slower,Maybe try the gtx 960-980 im unsure of the prices atm though.

970 has one of the best money power ratios what you can get, so I don't know what are you really talking about with this

The GTX970 is fine as extremely capable - so long as you're not pushing 4k @ 60hz on ultra or anything. You'll be hard-pressed to hit the 3.5GB buffer limit. That said, with the release of the 1070/1080 the 980 will likely have dropped a little in price and that'd be a better choice

The new cards appear to be(So far at least) worth their hype,I only know of the issue with the 970 and the class action lawsuit due to the reduced speed on the last .5gb
