As much as I would suggest it rings somewhat hollow to say "it's the wrong guy" but give them nothing to work with as to why or how to improve, thanks for your work in the NHS and for not being as childish as 1 or 2 of your colleagues have been. My door is open if you want a word about it!

I knew you had something special when we first went out on patrol. I loved your interactions with the people of the server and I was really glad to see you rise through the ranks, as in my opinion, you were one of the best not only to patrol with but just to watch (as I often did). The love of jefke will always be strong!

No such thing as the "wrong" guy, in all honesty if the other option WAS a good choice, he wouldn't have the audacity to delete documents and de whitelist the NHS! I'm sorry if he was your friend, he was mine too but what he did shows his inability and immaturity to be CMO, accept the fact you have a new CMO, and that there are 2 more for a reason.
