The professionalism of the email is rather embarrassing, this would never be the type of thing sent from Amazon and if they really had an issue it be logged on your account or the email would be from someone like "support@amazon.com" or customerservices@amazon.com". You can tell how fake it is due to the request of asking for information this company would have already.

Remember its a marketplace e-mail, its not from amazon themselves but another company that is selling through them on the marketplace system

Thing is though it's a type of scam this is well known, you can report it here https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201489190 and they will most likely get back to you on the authenticity.
