can black listed because of stream sniping nhs members getting me on the black list for smoking a joint in an empty hospital and for having an opinon on nhs proticol in the nhs staff room so im stuck as a civ.

I know how you feel mate. Get  un-blacklisted from the police you didnt do anything that bad. Im sure they will give you a second chance.

I dunno after seeing an admin cam on twitch telling  people to use footage from his stream to get a pcso black listed who was doing a weed run on civ.... I forsee the same happening. 

Maybe after the server goes through another phase of enforcing roleplay over ruleplay.... but it seems like people are to focused on cutting others throats instead of allowing roleplay to develop. In the pcso's case and my own, using footage for something these people technically werent present for or even in the game at the time, are just killing possible roleplay from their peers in game discovering these negatives and roleplaying to a resolution. Further in my case using stuff from real life, on my in game character to make a judgement on my ability to roleplay (a forum post questioning the choice to lock the jeep to only certain members of nhs)

Why not try to get in as a UNMC soldier? 

wouldnt the black list affect that as well?

I believe all blacklists are seperate to their own faction

Staff should not be using admin cam or stuff from admin cam to deal with police issues. If this is happening, might be worth popping a message to one of the leads.

@Vaffla should anyone be using anything from outside of the game, beyond evidence of a vdm or rdm at the moment to punish people inside of the game? Like i wonder why the police dont arrest everyone whose done a drug run on cam and didnt get caught  

They have their own internal rules, some of which I strongly disagree with, but I have no power to override their rules unless they contradict server rules. When I was CI though, I would only act on things caught in RP, unless they were serious and it would undermine the stability of the whole police force or was abusing their whitelisting.

indeed and if you had the power i wouldn't want you to wield it @Vaffla. Hopefully some shake up happens in time though and a revamp to allow for internal rules that follow a guideline focused on roleplay. 

NHS blacklists and police are difrent, if you are blacklisted in the NHS. it does not automaticlly blacklist you in the police.

And you can always apply youre blacklist, After 1 month the blacklist was given. 

I dunno if it would be beneficial to appeal a black list if such tawdry reasoning is applied to decisions, and the amount I've drama thats been flung from the nhs lately. I wouldn't be able to answer the blacklist appeal beyond a maybe, if asked if I would repeat the same actions. I grew up in a Canada, if having an opinion on a matter is frowned upon to the point of silencing someone, then trying to punish them or weilding their power to be like well i hope you see the error in your ways for having an opinon that differs, after being silenced by them, I am going to rebel in either account. Same as I did in the past when nhs admins would act on footage they werent present at of the time of it being recorded ie that dude who was talking to a friend when a fight broke out down the road and he didnt leave immediately but finished his thought. Kicked from the nhs. As youre no doubt aware jefke they tried to hang a similar yoke on my neck but I quickly overtuned that. So when it comes down to the reason for my black list being smoking a joint in an empty hospital, and a forum post outside of the game......
