just another place where you can't do rebel stuff, set up for drug busts and stuff. basically makes kavala drug dealer a safe haven

And there's not already enough places in Kavala in which you can engage in Rebel Activities? In terms of the drug dealer, that is something that can be looked into.

It's not theres not enough space - but that was widely known as a position to set up for a drug with the post office not adding any noticed benefit I was just curious as to why it was made a greenzone
