I think the subtitles make the video. Look at sovietwomble. If he wouldn't use his subtitles nobody would be looking at his videos. I enjoyed your vids because of the subs. Just take your time man It's about quality not quantity

@Drew @KingGodDiabloZ - Fully agree with King in both regards. The subtitles double the quality of the video, in my opinion. Subtitles do not only show that the author has put more time and effort into his/her content than any other person but the little animations that people sometimes do with the subtitles make the video that much better.
