Fuck knows what it is it's only on this website i dunno whats wrong with it its been happening for a while now whenever i scroll up or down it follows its like a thick black bar horizontal on the screen.

It could be something to do with your graphics card firmware you're running on pee, try updating your Nvidia if you're not on the latest one.

I cant update that shit forgot the password for nvidia its got a update but i doubt that would be only effecting only this website right?

No idea mate graphics cards are weird things like so ya never know
