No gangs have gone through staff leads to verify they meet the requirements yet AFAIK.

Once approved by staff leads, it would be looked at by the dev team.

Where has this been implemented?

they then changed the criteria and said it was an advantage. No one has ever said it needs to go through staff leads?

There is criteria for being allowed a group uniform that the dev team don't assess, once it's confirmed that you meet that criteria by staff leads, the dev team can look at your actual proposed skin and provide feedback if needed or implement it.

As there'd been no requests to any of the leads (staff/dev) no full process was yet defined or organised.

surely the process should be defined/organised to allow for requests? as opposed to "make requests so we can define the process"

To avoid situations such as this, where we have made more than one suggestion but yet to your knowledge there has been no requests; Even tho i'm certain you were involved in a discussion with Gordon and sciencefreak regarding our request.

And for the record, there's been no mention of staff leads being involved in this application process. 
 

also; could someone please explain how having a stealth uniform that EVERY rebel has access too is an advantage?

@Jaffa any chance it would be possible to talk to you on TS, perhaps with a staff lead present, to talk about this whole gang uniform procedure, the restrictions and how it can be made better overall for the community?

Police and Lobos have skinned stealth uniforms? And we get ours for free!
