Communities and games rise and fall, it's normal.
Arma 3 Roleplay is dying on pretty much all servers, sure other communities have more player retention. But have you seen other servers? Makes Rust look untoxic. Plus it's hard to call them "Roleplay" servers when you can say 4 words and kill people.
Arma 3 without the RP aspect is super active tho. You should try the FiveM server, it's poppin off

Server did peak at around 42 yesterday and around 60ish was the highest for the week. Maybe people are just bored of Arma
