You are supposed to be nice to them! Give the new tags a good impression they will come back meaning Altis Life lives on! Its a good feature until there right to breath fresh air is challenged! 

Paints a target on them for toxic people I suppose. I chat to them, see how their earning their cash, help them out and sometimes give them some moneys for a Hemmt to make money making easier.

Be kinder to new people maybe?

I haven’t seen people targeting new people? Quite the opposite in fact. I find people are a lot more helpful.

I think the ‘new’ tag is having the desired effect!
