I have one in bubble wrap to replace a mechanical disk my games are installed on. Are you using yours as a boot drive?

Yes before it took my like 4 minutes to start my computer now its like 20 seconds. I regret not using one for like 3 years

I wish I got that one, I got the Kingston hyper x something along the lines of that, 10 second boot up or less, don't notice any improvement in frames tho

Does it improve game performance at all? I know Arma 3 sometimes reads textures from the disc and causes DSync and frame lag, so I thought an SSD would help a little.

Yes the main reason i got my SSD was because when i played ARMA i would constantly get FPS spikes and drop to like 4 fps for about 20 seconds. I played on the server today for 4 hours and did not get one spike.

Yeah see that happens to me now and then @TI Jamie. I should really put mine in, for the sake of popping the side off and poking the sata cable in..
