Let's have a look here...
2 CMOs + 2GPs in a CMO office - taking time off, I'd assume, considering being a GP/CMO has out of game requirements rather than in game.
1 GP AFK in the GP office - he's AFK, doubt he'll be getting on the server.
1 FA on the server - self explanatory.
1 GP, 1 DR and 1 FA in the NHS lounge - the rule still applies for the GP, the DR (who is also an MTO) just got on the server and is typically crazily active, expect to see him in game in a few minutes. And I'm not sure about the FA, but if we look at the cops I can tell you that there are 9 off duty cops in their lounge.
3 Medics in the AFK room - Once again, their AFK, can;t count these guys in the count...

TY Mouldy. It's fustrating to see an NHS room full of medics but noone online, An EXPLANATION of what these medics get up to when not online was all i was wondering. If they are truly busy or have been then thats fair enough, i can't quarrel with that as it is in there own time.
