I believe it is you rearming with medkits. Happens quite often to me and probably just a coincidence that you already have some medkits on you so it does it more often. I don't think it is related to the new file

It's because when you buy your uniform it comes with first aid kits but when the uniform disappears you don't have first aid kits but your vehicle does so it asks you to take some. That or thr uniform doesn't come with them

^^ What he said. I think its probably a byproduct of the bug with uniform coming off sometimes and that's probably the correlation between patches. I don't think there's a massive deal around it just don't rearm at a person and nick their items
