Its kinda what its turned into, either a Bank op, or a Hostage op

It's very boring from the police perspective, especially when it's 90% PCs with ACO scopes against 7.62 or MXMs with high powered scopes and level 4 armour.

I mean you just get more $ out of doing a shoot em up and it takes less time sadly thats what it's turned into.

Earlier, I tried RP'ing  that I was hired to check out small quakes in the area, even made letters on google docs, but I ended up getting arrested because I didn't have permission from a high up cop.

I understand where you're coming from, but there is always advantages and disadvantages towards an aspect in-game. If a rebel tried to role-play a HM, can you imagine if an Officer power gamed the rebels, it would have an impact on their role-play, and if i am totally honest, most of the times the cops just slap a 'trespassing' excuse before role-play is even an option. In some gang, having a gun-fight between the cops and the rebels is something that it may be re-sorted to. The HM is an aspect in-game that has the obvious intention of being a role play scenario, but with given issues then obviously i shall resort to a gunfight, in which most situations commonly do. If there is an apparent issue with the 'gunfight' in an HM, then maybe if one side made a significant impact towards this, then the other side would tag along. 

This is not meant to be a dig at all, its just meant to be a informative piece of writing, showing why the majority of these gunfights happen.  <3 

As part of one of the main gangs that do Bank Operations im going to say that its a much better idea to do a shooty shooty bank op if money is the outcome you are after. By all means if you want to roleplay the bank do not expect a huge reward for it as after all its roleplay so its more for fun then gain. Main reason myself and a few other gangs do a lot of banks is because its the best way for a gang as a whole to make money as runs are very tedious and long.

The money isn't just for me mate i'm just an extra bit of manpower for my peasants in my gang that are struggling to make a living haha.

I like bank ops ?

I think my main issue as police is that we have bank ops start with the bare minimum of police on the server, most of which comprising of PC and below. 

I've had some fun shooty shooty bank ops when we've had the appropriate cover from higher ranking officers, but when we're all equipped with subpar weapons in contrast to your high powered ones, it makes things very difficult for us to come out on top.

Yes you may of got around 12million 8 months ago but you would be lucky to get roughly 2million now a days.

Two million for one guy for just rping is fine by me atleast. That is ofcourse if you are one guy and not 12.
