Since you've been banned twice in quick succession, it's likely you'll be banned for 6 months before you can appeal.

Also try and put a lot of detail and evidence (if you have it) Combat logging is normally a perm ban, unless you try your hardest to solve it.
I'd also recommend you go on our Team Speak, ts.roleplay.co.uk and speak to member support regarding it, then you should at least be able to have the chance to appeal.
