Most people would realize after they just robbed someone, its their friends or whatever helping them. ( you should know, you rob enough people... ) I couldn't shoot when he was there as it would have endangered his life significantly !!

**FIX** ctrl+alt+del  Start task manager click "processes" tab click on arma and "end process" click on steam.exe (bootstrapper)  and click "end process" Re-login to Steam and it should word as normal.
