Are you running the game in windowed mode or something? DirectX should hook that key. Either way I dont know a solution apart from disabling the windows key shortcut.

I personally feel if you are in RP, it should be bannable to exploit thr green zones. Its too easy. That way thete will be no killing in the zones. And people will proactively avoid green zones during rp. just imo.

If its a clean windows then I can only assume a hardware issue. Which could be anything from gpu to power supply.

I have seen cops hang around the garage waiting for something. I guessed they were waiting for hemtts or something. They werent there that long though so no harm imo. Green zones are difficult I think because there is a green zone at kavala square. I dont however see how they can use OP...
