Yes, you can but only for some models, Hellcat can be black or green. MH9-Hummingbird has multiple options, same with M900.  Hope that answers your question.

You can take it and wear it. The police skin won't apply to you and will appear as normal combat fatigues. Taking a cop's uniform is a great way to disguise him as a civilian when taking him hostage or such. Remember to RP it all though. Hope that answers your question.
