Patience is virtue. If no one comes to you in 10-15 minutes I’d suggest dropping a couple of staff members a message. Still no response? Try a couple more.
Otherwise if it’s a question that can wait a bit, the #help discord channel or Q&A forum section would do.
As shown above, we do warn for minor more forgivable errors.
Bans and warnings are issued at our own discretion, if it’s deemed by the staff member that the player in question has too much of a muddy history then that is taken in to account.
