Patience is virtue. If no one comes to you in 10-15 minutes I’d suggest dropping a couple of staff members a message. Still no response? Try a couple more. Otherwise if it’s a question that can wait a bit, the #help discord channel or Q&A forum section would do.

As shown above, we do warn for minor more forgivable errors.  Bans and warnings are issued at our own discretion, if it’s deemed by the staff member that the player in question has too much of a muddy history then that is taken in to account.

@Simen I understand your point, however this isn’t a rule that is designed to only be enforced by the factions. This is a server rule and therefore is enforceable by server rules. It’s not solely up to the factions to impose sanctions upon those that falsify their age. It’s us, the staff team...

It hasn’t been looked at plain and simply because.. it hasn’t been looked at. We tend to do things back to front in terms of postings, however we often leave appeals we are waiting for other staff members to give input on. Patience is key.
