Update: Because I had another account with Arma 3 as well it kept trying to update it on that one as well causing issues. Uninstalled and redownloaded.

Since the new update I can't get on, I've tried completely uninstalling Arma and verifying the game cache. I will log into my Steam Account a disk read will start on Arma 3 like this and sit and do nothing all day when I try to close steam it causes other issues and I usually have to force close...
