There are so many of these on the market now, I'd personally value them at no higher than 500-750k.  If the police were more protective of them then the price would be a lot higher. The only reason I'd pay for one now is for the convenience of now having to go find one myself

He's a long-time member and likely bought most of those vehicles back before there was a restriction on how many vehicles you can have in your garage. You can still have 93 land vehicles, but only 20 will show in your garage.
