Green zones are “Safe” areas where players are able to convene without hostile interruption. They are not safe havens from the law however, Police can attempt to arrest you. Being able to take people from a greenzone to kill them would mean it's not safe and thus is not allowed.

Common sense would say that 5 people leaving a car and pointing their guns at you would mean they're probably your friends. 

I think you should probably read the post again. If you already understand the what the post is conveying then happy days, if not - read the post.  If you don't follow the guidance, expect to have the rules enforced against you.
