It is the / on the numpad in the top right corner, not the one near the space bar.

Just a tip, holding collective makes you spin more. If you want to recover from the spin quicker just tap W once for around a second and let the helicopter speed up by itself. This will make you escape a lot easier.

Well what do you expect from a sniper with such a powerful caliber. Still have to compensate around 6m every shot over 1.6km.
