Voted No, this is a good place on the server where everybody knows what happens here and it does not cause problems. It is a good place for gangs to fight each-other without people trying to role-play getting caught in the cross fire.

I love the new skins for the tazer and the others. Thing is, I cant remember the last time i've seen the police use the tazer.

You can buy the licence for 2 million at the Bounty hunter HQ, It seems like alot but with the amount of trolls that got it when it was much cheaper. They can send people to jail but only if hey find out their name through RP and cross reference it with the wanted list. 

It is not even this as the worst I will give a quick example. HM Treasury robbed. Police killed at HM, respawn at athira due to it being +1KM away. Instantly get back involved when the truck is heading that way. (This is not just cops, rebels do it too.)  A general tidy up of the NLR rule...

I understand why you may think that this is classed as exploiting but it is part of the server that this has been added. He is not abusing any game mechanics in my opinion. Why did he not have someone watching him? Most people who are restrained would try to get out of them if they have nobody...

I would say you could put it down to getting out of the cuffs. Therefore you can do what you like. The cops were obviously distracted by something else and you were able to become free and exact your revenge!

I completely agree.

Once you tell them to drop their weapon RP has been initiated. Either party is then able to shoot. This is because there has been some sort of RP.

Hello, Just a bit of advice, Be a bit more careful on who you are recruiting. If 1 or 2 members are in another city giving bad RP they are representing your gang and it seems fair to group up the whole gang. Have a trial period if you feel some members are letting you down. Have an interviewing...

Just saying from experience, In the 7-8 Bank OPs I have taken part in. Only once were we the ones to open fire/call off negotiations. Please do not group all of the rebel gangs together as one...
