I think the bans system here can be improved, but I like the appeal system. I believe the server should allow human error, because every 3-5 months the vast majority of people are going to slip up. Then they are banned permanently. I propose that after 5-6 months the previous ban should not go...

Green zone is meant to be a safe zone. That should mean safe for everyone. Police should not be allowed to shoot in the green zone. The only exception should be if the police are chasing someone and they run into the green-zone.

The fact that Rick's gang members couldn't vote on the poll, but those who are his enemies could is not really fair. He would have easily got more yes' than no's if everyone in the community could vote... 

I think you should make it so those directly involved with them are not allowed to vote eg. The person(s) who reported them, and their own gang. This is so it doesn't become a matter of how many people you are friends/enemies with.

Revamp the jail system, add some features to allow people in jail to do something other than picking up wood and waiting for the time to go down. A system of earning cigarettes from an NPC which can be exchanged for money and items comes to mind. Will put some more thought into it if it is...

The main problem is that police can rubber but rebels cannot do anything to defend themselves, tactics only work to a certain extent. You need a little bit of luck to make sure you avoid the cops too.

I voted no, The current system allows rebels to enter kavala and be able to defend themselves if a cop ANPR's them etc. I think it would make kavala a ghost town in terms of the drug dealer and gold buyer. I know it would possibly break roleplay but maybe a system of protection for those whom...
