Pretty sure you are allowed if you ask for permission (Atleast in Sharjah) It was some kind of agreement you haf to make, or something like that. It is just like a driver license. Not sure if it is also in RAK, but DUBAI, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah have it I am quite sure.- Ayub Ahm3d
