This has been fixed. Moving to solved.

It means that somewhere along a chain of people, the bug has been acknowledged. A ticket has been filed, and it has been triaged on a board of things to be addressed by development. 

This is a CFX issue, and is an issue on every server currently pending fix.  Apologies, there is nothing our team can do in the immediate.

The interior on that taxi cab is unfortunately disgustingly grossly horrific (I think I summed that up accurately)  Which is why the dev team hasn't gone for it earlier.

This was discussed.  Currently live on the server the dodgy doctor is available for immediate revive if you pay the $$ Then you're only waiting the 10 minutes.  If you are revived in hospital, you are revived at the end of the 10 minute wait, and as such are beholden to the rule for the...

Currently the rule is as written, from the moment you are revived (no longer in the bed) your 10 minutes begins.  It will be reviewed at the next rules meeting.
