I like your ideas and agree. Maybe each official gang could get thier own craftables that people would want, be that weapon attachments ( silencers, Exstended mags, Grips etc ) or Melee weapons or Drugs as youve suggested. Maybe some gangs could get the option to scrap cars for money, people...

all boats ive seen have 100 storage, makes sense for the dinghys, but not for yachts or  Longfin, which are way more expensive and should have more storage IMO
