Drugs aren't meant to be easy, Before the updates making money was easy with minimal risk, it's better now as it will make people work harder and think about the outcomes of what they're doing more.

I recently went on the server tonight, I must have seen 25+ people slaughtered by gangs camping the rebel outpost, I feel that the ATM's could do with being added back to the outposts themselves, and possibly further outposts around the island to prevent gangs camping the outpost waiting for...

Like Samat said they turn to Lethal through an object, they will also change to lethal rounds for 5 seconds or so when a cop jumps out of a vehicle as the script does not kick in, and they can also turn lethal if a headshot is made as the script does not heal the player back to 100% health in time.

I get your point and it's not great, However it's a known fact that both rebels do it in the form of a hobo and police normally send a CSO or PCSO to go in and initiate which are both not great and is pretty shit RP.
